Null Adapter (``nullStore``)
============================

Factory: ``Cache::nullStore()``

No-op adapter that never persists values.

Behavior:

* ``set()`` returns true
* ``get()`` always misses unless default/callable path is used
* ``remember()`` recomputes every call

Useful for disabling caching without changing calling code.
